The filibuster that was attempted to delay the passages of Legislative Council (Amendment) Bill 2011, also known as Replacement Mechanism, and Copyright (Amendment) Bill 2011 was stopped by the President of Legco Tsang Yok-sing around 5am this morning. The stoppage of the filibuster violates the rules of procedure of the Legislative Council.
